Ingredients:
1 Cup Mangoes, finely chopped
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Ghee
1 Cup Semolina (Rava)
1 Cup Sugar
Almonds & Pistachios
Raisins
Method:
– First in a round bottom pan add milk to boil.
– In a flat bottom pan heat some ghee.
– Then add semolina and roast for some time.
– Add chopped mangoes & dry fruits. Mix well.
– Add boiling milk to the rava in batches. Mix well.
– Add sugar and again mix well.
– Cover it with a lid and let the Mango Sheera cook for 5 mins.
– Garnish it with dry fruits & serve!
