Creamy Chicken Pockets is a delicious snack recipe where you get to enjoy the flavour of chicken combined with white sauce in the crispy wrapped samosa or spring roll sheet
It goes just perfect as a snack or even a starter.

INGREDIENTS
For Chicken
Chicken – 1/2kg ( Boiled & Shredded)
Onion – 1 small
Spring Onion – 1 Bunch
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 teaspoon
( Red Chilli powder can also be used instead of chilli flakes)
Pepper powder – 1teaspoon
Garam Masala powder – 1teaspoon
Salt as required
For white Sauce
Butter – 100gms
All purpose flour ( Maida) – 2 tablespoon
Milk – 1 cup ( Add gradually)
Pepper powder – 1teaspoon
Salt to taste
Cream – 1tablespoon( Optional)
For the Chicken Pockets
Samosa or Spring Roll strips
A mix of All purpose flour & water for sealing edges
Oil to fry
