Here’s what your fine self will need to make this:
1. 1 cup – Almond milk or your favorite plant milk
2. 1 cup – Frozen ripe banana chunks (or 1 large frozen banana)
3. 1 cup – Strawberries
4. 1 cup – Blueberries
5. 1 tbsp – Ground Flax seeds
6. 1 scoop – Vanilla protein powder
7. 1-2 Tbsp – Golden maple syrup for some extra sweetness
Tips:
1. Using frozen fruits will make it instantly thicker and creamier.
2. Customize the taste of your smoothie. If you prefer the taste of strawberries, increase the ratio and use more of it. Same with blueberries.
3. For a less thicker smoothie, add a little bit more liquid at a time. It’s always easier to add more liquid than to get stuck with a watery smoothie.
