mushrooms – 100 g (3.5 oz)
pressed cheese – 150 g (5.3 oz)
potatoes – 500 g (17.64 oz)
oil – 10 g (0.35 oz)
salt – 3 g (0.11 oz)
black pepper – 2 g (0.07 oz)
coriander – 2 g (0.07 oz)
Baking paper 2 pieces with diameter of 35 cm (14 in)
Tray diameter 26 cm (10.24 in)
Over low fire for 15 min on each side
