Here’s the recipe:
PEPPERMINT BARK PUDDING SHOTS
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Peppermint Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) White Chocolate Liqueur
3 oz. (90ml) Milk
1/2 Packet White Chocolate Pudding
1/2 Tub Whipped Topping
Garnish: Whipped Cream/Crushed Candy Canes
PREPARATION
1. Add pudding mix, milk, peppermint schnapps and white chocolate liqueur to small bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Fold in cool whip and spoon into single serve cups. Place in refrigerator to set.
3. Once set top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes. Enjoy responsibly!
