Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan
Boneless Chicken – 450-500 gms (1 lb)
1tsp Salt
Half Lemon juice
3 tbsp Thick or hung curd/ yogurt
1 tsp Red Chilly powder,
1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder,
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp Garam masala,
1/2 tsp Cumin powder,
2 tbsp Oil,
Soak for 30 mins
For the gravy:
1 1/2 tbsp Oil
3 Green cardamom
1 Cinnamon small piece
5 Cloves
1 Black cardamom
2 Bay leaf
Onion, thick slices- 1 medium(65 gms)
Ginger chopped- 1” piece
Garlic cloves- 8 nos.
Cashew nuts- 14 nos.
Red tomatoes, thick sliced- 400 gms
Kashmiri Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Butter- 3 tbsp (30 gms)
Water- 200 ml
Other Ingredients:
Butter- 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi roasted & powdered- 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream-3 tbsp
Naan Making Process:
300 grm All Purpose Flour,
1tsp Dry Yeast,
1 tsp Sugar,
Salt as Taste,
150 grm warm water,
Knead well,,,
soak for 60 mins…
For Naan Garnishing,
Garlic Chopped,
Coriander leaves Chopped,
