CHICKEN WITH SPAGHETTI
Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg cut into tikka pcs
Oil ¼ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Water 4 cups
Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2 chopped
Finely chopped onion 1 cup
Tomatoes ½ kg finely chopped
Spaghetti ½ packet
METHOD
Heat oil ¼ cup in a pan, add chicken, fry with salt till it changes color, add water with chopped ginger, green chilies, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, cook till the chicken is tender, remove chicken pcs out of stock, strain the stock well and blend stock, and keep it aside. Boil spaghetti half packet,
Ingredients for Sauce
Flour 4 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp heaped
Vinegar ¼ cup
Cheddar cheese ¾ cup grated
Prepared biscuits 2 cups
METHOD FOR SAUCE
Roast flour in a fry pan, add water and cook till it becomes thick, now add 2 tbsp sugar, vinegar and the blended stock mixture put it on fire, add in the dissolved flour, cook till the soup mixture gets thick, add the boiled chopped chicken pieces in it, mix well, add in spaghetti, remove in a pyrex dish, sprinkle cheese, top with prepared biscuits, put it to bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 mins.
Ingredients for Biscuits
Butter 4 ounce
Flour 8 ounce
Baking powder a pinch
Salt ¼ tsp
Water little to make into dough
METHOD
Roll the dough into a medium thick circle, cut it into diamond shapes, spread it on the greased tray, bake it on 170 D for 15-20 mins till light brown, put these biscuits on top of the chicken with spaghetti mixture and serve

NAZUK KABAB
Ingredients
Chicken mince ½ kg
Hung curd ½ cup
Gram flour 4 tbsp heaped
Raw papaya grinded 2 tbsp
Onion 1 ½ cup
Salt to taste
Brown Onion ½ cup ground
Oil or clarified butter for frying
Coal 1 piece
Grind Wet the Below Ingredients
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
Button red chilies 6 roasted and grinded
Black cardamoms 2
Small cardamoms 6
Cloves 4
Cinnamon 1 stick
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Mace ½ tsp
METHOD
Marinate mince with salt, all the grinded ingredients and hung curd, mix well, add all the remaining ingredients and leave it for 1 hour, also add in the grounded brown onion, give dum of coal, form into flat rounds, fry the kebabs on the grill pan with little oil.
