Gajjar ka halwa

Ingredients:
Carrot 2 kg
Silver work 2
Green cardamom 6
Clarified butter 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Dried whole milk 1 cup
Almonds 50 grams
Pistachio 50 grams
Walnut 100 grams

Method:
Wash the carrots, cut and grate them. In a pan heat clarified butter and cook the carrots well. Then add sugar, almonds, pistachio, cardamom, dried milk and mix well. Take out in a dish and garnish with silver work along with thinly chopped walnuts and serve.

Bhuni sabut moong ki daal

Ingredients:
Boiled yellow lentil 375 grams
Tomato 375 grams
Onion 1
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 2 tsp
Whole red chili 6
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Thinly cut ginger 1 tbsp
Green chili as needed
Coriander as needed

Method:
Heat oil and brown the onions. Add chopped garlic, tomato, red chili powder, turmeric, whole red chili, crushed cumin, salt and cook. Now add the lentil and cook well together. Once the oil comes on top then add green chili, ginger, coriander and then switch the stove off.

Chicken stew

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless ½ kg
Onion 1
Yogurt 1 cup
Tomato 2
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili (whole) 10
Cumin 1 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tsp
Crushed fennel seed 1 tsp
All spice powder ½ tsp
Thinly cut ginger 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Cardamom 2
Coriander for garnish

Method:
Boil 2 cups of water and add onion, red chili, cumin, black pepper, cardamom, coriander, turmeric, salt, chopped garlic, tomato and cook for 10 minutes. Now add all remaining ingredients and chicken and cook in oil. Lastly garnish with thinly chopped ginger and coriander and serve.
