INGREDIENTS:-
1 kg Chicken Legs,
2 tsp Piri Piri Masala,
1 tsp Garlic powder,
1 tsp Ginger powder,
1/2 tsp Onion powder,
1 tsp Ginger powder,
1/2 tsp Oregano,
1/2 tsp Piri piri seasoning,
1 Orange Juice,
1/2 lemon Juice,
1 tsp Mustard Oil,
Salt as Taste,
Soak for 2 to 3 Hrs…
Smoke process:-
Soaked Chicken Legs,
Burn Charcol
1 tsp Ghee,
Cover & Soak for 30 mins
Fried Process:-
5 tbsp Oil..
Cover & Cook for 30 mins on low flame,
