Ingredients:
130 g rolled oats / 1.44 cup
75 g dark chocolate (preferably sugar-free) / 2.65 oz
1 ripe banana (100 g without peel) / 3.5 oz/½ cup

40 g dark chocolate(1.40 oz) + 30 ml plant milk (3/8 cup)
chopped walnuts (optional)

Once ready, store in the refrigerator
