Ingredients
– Ripe Banana – 2
– Cardamom – 1/2 tsp.
– Yogurt – 1 bowl plain non-fat natural
– Honey – 1 tsp.
– Almonds – 4 (for garnishing)
– Pistachio – 4 (for garnishing)
Method
1) First of all we will take 2 ripe Bananas
2) Cut into pieces, and put these bananas into a box, and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours
3) Take a mixer(food processor), add Bananas, chilled yogurt, honey and Cardamom powder
4) Then blend these entire ingredients evenly
5) Our Banana Smoothie is ready to serve
