Searing the Chicken
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Groundnut Oil
3 Cloves
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Water
For Tempering
1 tsp Ghee
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds (crushed)
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
For Smokiness
1 Charcoal
1/2 Cinnamon Stick
1 tbsp Ghee
For Garnish
