Hi Guys, today I’m making a cool, creamy fruit salad. You need just three ingredients and five minutes. It is the easiest dessert to make because it requires no work. This healthy dessert tastes rich but has very little fat.
This is probably the only time I use canned fruit, it works better than fresh fruit for this recipe. You’ll need one 30 ounce can of fruit cocktail, one 14 ounce can of condensed milk and 3 tablespoons of sour cream.
First thoroughly drain the fruit cocktail, you don’t want any of the syrup. While that’s draining, beat the sour cream and add the condensed milk. Make sure to beat thoroughly so there are no lumps. Add the drained fruit and mix thoroughly. Chill this in the fridge for at least a few hours. It tastes best the next day. Everybody loves this dessert and it’s easy to make for a large crowd.
