Chicken Bake | We Hit 800k
Chicken pieces tossed with bacon, Caesar dressing, and wrapped in pizza dough – this sleeper hit of Costco’s food court was a mystery until recently, but now you can actually make it yourself.
INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts
4 slices of bacon
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Pizza dough
Ranch
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup mayo
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 cup chives
1 tbsp lemon juice
Make bacon crispy, cook chicken and shred, make or use store bought pizza dough, for ranch sauce just combine all the ingredients. Assemble, brush with egg wash, and bake 15-17 min at 410F
