Grapes and Oranges Smoothie
1 1/2 cups grapes — frozen
1 — 2 oranges (depending on how much orange flavor you like)
1/2 celery stick — chopped (celery is a strong flavor, simply omit if you don’t like it)
2 cups spinach
1/4 — 1/2 cup filtered water
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass and sip the freshness!
TIP: Freezing the grapes eliminates the need for ice cubes, which prevents the smoothie from getting too icy, slushy or watery.
ANOTHER TIP FOR MAMAS: Frozen grapes cut in half are a great snack for little ones that are teething. Frozen grapes provide instant relief from the soreness and pain of teething while giving your little one some good nutrition.
