This is my go-to smoothie recipe after a long weekend, when I feel a cold coming on, or when I’m just having a meh day that needs a little extra zing! It’s laden with antioxidants, is an anti-inflammatory powerhouse, and is a curated combo to boost digestion and eliminate waste.
Throw into your blender:
1/2 seedless organic cucumber
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup organic frozen pineapple
a finger of grated fresh ginger
a finger of grated fresh turmeric
splash of Mexican vanilla
Vietnamese cinnamon to taste
2 cups of organic oat or coconut milk
