Butterflied chicken drumsticks how to recipe is going to help you cook drummies a lot quicker.
Chicken drumsticks are still a very cheap protein and it is no surprise people play around with different ways of cooking them, making lollipop style and more recently people have been butterflying them
Preparing the drumsticks like this means they will cook quicker, more evenly and we can get more seasoning onto the meat. This creates a tastier eating experience.
As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.
As always, cheers for watching
