Chicken Bread Pockets
Bread pockets bananay ke ajza:
Bread slices hasb-e-zarurat
Phaintay huway anday hasb-e-zarurat
Bread crumbs hasb-e-zarurat
Khanay ka tail hasb-e-zarurat

Bread pockets mixture bannay ke ajza:
Khanay ka tail 3 khanay ke chamach
Chicken (haddi ke bagair) 500 gram
Soy sauce 2 khanay ke chamach
Chili sauce 1 khanay ka chamach
Namak hasb-e-zaiqa
Kali mirch powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Kutti laal mirchen 1 khanay ka chamach
Shimla mirch (katti hui) 1/2 cup
Pyaaz (katti hui) 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Salaad pattay hasb-e-zarurat

Tarkeeb:
1. Do bread slices le kar in k kinaray kaat den or bailan se bail len. Ab inhen gol cutter se kaat len.
2. Ab in ko phentay huway andon me dubo kar bread crumbs se coat kar len.
3. Phir inhen crispy brown honay tak deep fry kar len.
4. Ab aik pan me khanay ka tail garam kren or chicken daal kar rang tabdeel honay tak pakayen.
5. Phir is me soye sauce, chili sauce,kali mirch powder or kutti laal mirch powder daal kar achi tarhan mix kren. Akhir me pyaaz or Shimla mirch daal kar 2-3 mins ke liye pakayen. Ab is me ketchup daal kar achi tarhan pakayen. Chicken veggie mixture tayar hai.
6. Tayar bread pockets le kar inhen adhay hissay me kaat len.
7. Ab is me salad patta or chicken veggie mixture daal len.
8. Chicken bread pockets tayar hai.

Chicken Bread Pockets

Ingredients for Bread Pockets:
Bread slices as required
Beaten eggs as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Bread Pockets Mixture:
Oil 3 tbsp
Chicken (boneless) 500 g
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red Chili flakes 1 tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Lettuce leaves as required

Directions:
1. Take 2 bread slices and cut the edges, place them on top of each other, and flatten them with a rolling pin. Cut them into a round shape with a cutter. Do the same with all bread slices.
2. Now dip them in beaten eggs and coat them in bread crumbs. Deep fry them until crispy and fully done. Set aside.
3. In a pan heat oil and add chicken, and cook it until it changes color.
4. Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, black pepper powder, and red chili flakes and mix it well. Now at the end add onion and capsicum and cook for 2-3 mins. Add ketchup and cook until the chicken is fully done. Your Chicken Veggies Mixture is ready.
5. Take the prepared bread pockets and cut them in half.
6. Place a lettuce leaf in them and add the prepared Chicken Veggie Mixture in it.
7. Your Chicken Bread Pockets are ready. Serve and enjoy.
