Fit Tiramisu / Snack / Refined sugar free
This is a recipe I make myself very often. If you like to try sweet alternatives without using refined sugar, give this recipe a try??
1.5 cups of milk (I used lactose-free)
2 tablespoons of oat flour (whole wheat is also fine)
1 tablespoon of labneh
2 tablespoons of maple syrup (you can use honey or molasses)
1 tablespoon of honey
7-8 pieces of meat (whole wheat flour)
1 teaspoon of granulated coffee
1 cup of hot water
Cook the milk and flour until it boils. Wait for it to cool a little and add honey, maple syrup or molasses, whichever you have, to sweeten it. Add 1 spoon of labneh cheese and mix well. For the base, dissolve the coffee in water, dip the biscuits and arrange them in a small deep plate. Pour the pudding on it and let it rest in the fridge for a while. When you take it out, sprinkle cocoa on it ? Bon appetit.
