Ingredients:
2 pound chicken wings, tips nikal kar drumettes aur flats mein separate kar len
1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tsp namak (salt)
1 tsp kali mirch (black pepper)
1 tsp lehsan powder (garlic powder)
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp lal mirch powder (cayenne pepper)
1/2 cup buttermilk
Sabz ya white oil (vegetable oil), fry karne ke liye
For the sauce:
1/2 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1/4 cup pani (water)
1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
Aik baray bowl mein maida, namak, kali mirch, lehsan powder, paprika, aur lal mirch powder ko milaen.
Har chicken wing ko pehle buttermilk mein dip karen, phir maida mixture mein coat karen aur har wing ko evenly cover karen. Coated wings ko baking sheet par rakh kar kam az kam 30 minutes ke liye refrigerator mein rakh den.
Aik large pot ya Dutch oven mein sabz ya white oil ko 350°F tak garam kar len. Chicken wings ko batches mein 10-12 minutes ke liye fry karen ya jab tak wo golden brown aur crispy na ho jayen. Fry hui wings ko paper towel se dhonay ke liye rakh den.
Sauce banane ke liye, aik chotay saucepan mein gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, lehsan aur adrak ko medium heat par mix karen aur sauce ko boil hone den.
Aik chotay bowl mein pani aur cornstarch ko mix karen aur saucepan mein daal kar sauce ko thick hone tak stir karen.
Fry hui chicken wings ko sauce mein toss karen aur har wing ko sauce se coat karen. Foran serve karen aur enjoy karen!
