Ingredients :
1 litre milk
2 tbsp vinegar + 2 tbsp water mixture
Let the milk curdle completely
Strain the panner in a muslin cloth
Now knead the panner until soft
And make a small ball
Add 2 cups of sugar
8 cups of water
Once it come to aboil add the paneer balls cook for 12- 15 min
3-4 tbsp Khus syrup.
No additional sugar required · Serve chilled · 475ml glass bottle · Add water or soda and stir
