Make Cuts on chicken
For first marination ?
Mix 700gm Chicken,1.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
,Black salt . Let it marinate for 1-2 hours
For second marination ?
Mix 3 tbsp Hung Curd,2 tbsp cream,2-3 tbsp Cashewnut paste blended With 1 tbsp cheese
,1 tbsp ginger garlic paste ,1 tsp green chillies
,Black Salt, Pepper,2 tsp roasted cumin ( crushed),2 tsp green cardamom powder ,1 tsp garam masala,2 tsp chaat masala,Juice of 1 lemon. Add this to the chicken and let it marinate for 4-6 hours.
Cooking procedure ?
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 30-40 minutes
Keep basting with butter during frequent intervals.
Remove from oven, put on a plate, Add butter, juice of 1/2 lemon and a tsp of chaat Masala
Serve with chutney ?
