CHICKEN CHILLI DRY RECIPE
* Ingredients:
– 6 tbsp vegetable oil
– 700 grams chicken thigh (hammered slightly and cut into cubes)
– 1 tbsp chopped garlic
– 1 tbsp chopped ginger
– 2 inch ginger julienne sliced
– 2 and 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
– 3 tbsp light soy sauce
– 3 tbsp vinegar
– 1/2 tbsp fish sauce/oyster sauce
– 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
– 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
– 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
– 1/2 chicken cube
– 15 de-seeded green chillies (julienne cut)
– 2 tbsp cornflour
– 2 tbsp water
