Honey Dijon Chicken Salad (this just made enough for me)
-3 slices of bacon cooked and chopped
-1 chicken breast cut in half
-Season chicken with a few shakes of each: onion powder, garlic powder salt and pepper
-1 tbsp of honey
-1 tsp of dijon mustard
-a few drops of lemon juice
-1 tsp of olive oil
*Adjust dressing to your tastes!!
-lettuce of choice
-cucumber sliced, about an inch or two of the cucumber
-1/3 of a roma tomato chopped
-1/2 an avocado sliced
-Thinly sliced red onion, just a little
-2 hard boiled chopped eggs

Chicken Parmesan Stromboli (This makes a ton!)
-breaded chicken fingers, use frozen (6-8 strips) or make your own
-1 can of pizza dough
-13 oz jar of pizza sauce
-1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
-about 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella total
-1 beaten egg
-Sprinkle the top with garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and parsley
-1-2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
Baked for 20 minutes to start, After adding the toppings you will bake an additional 8-10 minutes.
