Curry leaves Powder

Curry leaves- 1 bowl
Peanuts- 1 tb spn
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Rice – 1 tsp
Red chillies- 9
Pepper- 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/2 tsp
Tamarind- few
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Mustard- 1/2 tsp
Methi – pinch
Garlic cloves- 8
Salt – To Taste

Method:

Dry roast all the above ingredients on a very low flame for 8-10 minutes or till they get aromatic.
Switch off the flame and transfer it to a plate , let it cool and grind into a coarse powder.

Use for Dosa / Idlis

Garlic- 1 inch
Salt – to taste
Oil – 2 tb spn
Coconut oil- 1 tsp
Water – As Required
