3 handfuls of spring mix
2 cups of water
1 banana

1.5 cup strawberries
2 packets of stevia
Day 3: Apple Berry
1 handful of spring mix
2 handfuls of spinach
2 cups of water
1.5 cups of blueberries
1 Banana
1 apple, quartered
1 packet of stevia
2 tablespoons of flaxseed

2 handfuls of kale
1 handful of spinach

2 apples, quartered
1.5 cup of frozen peaches
