Tiramisu Pudding
Classic Italian recipe
Ingredients:
Lady finger biscuit -1 packet (24 biscuits)
Egg yolk -5
Sugar (powdered) -1 cup
Mascarpone cheese – 500g
Whipping cream -500ml
Vanilla essence -1&½ tsp
Instant Coffee powder -4 tsp
Hot water – 1&½ cup
Cocoa powder
Instructions:
1) Boil coffee powder with water and let it cool. Refrigerate later.
2) Double boil egg yolks with sugar until desired consistency is attained. Let it cool and later refrigerate.
3) Beat whipping cream after adding vanilla essence. It should turn thick.
4) Bring Mascarpone cheese to room temperature and break the lumps and make it soft.
5) Mix mascarpone cheese with egg yolk mixture. And then mix whipped cream to it by cut and fold method.
6) Dip biscuits in coffee and layer it and add half of the mix. Add another layer of dipped biscuits and add rest of the mix. Refrigerate it for at least 8 hours.
7) Sprinkle cocoa powder over the pudding.
