When you want to indulge but keep your ingredients clean, this S’mores Mug Cake could do the trick.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp dark chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp coconut flour
1 tsp cassava flour
⅛ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 scoop Bone Broth Protein S’mores
4 mini marshmallows (optional, we used vegan marshmallows to keep it dairy free)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Place oven-safe ramekin in the oven while preheating
In a small saucepan, melt dark chocolate and coconut oil
Pour mixture in a small mixing bowl
Add in remaining ingredients and whisk until well-combined
Carefully remove ramekin from the oven and pour mixture in. Place back in over
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Top with crushed graham cracker and chocolate chips
