This is one of refreshing, beautiful and yummylicious dessert recipe. Did I ever tell you how happy it always makes me feel when I just hear about roses? And when I made it, and they came out very well. The rose shaped coconut jello looks beautiful, colorful and is delicious. I used rose shaped silicone molds, but if no rose shaped molds available then you can simply pour these jelly mixture into any shape cups, molds or mini glasses too it would also look beautiful.
To create the colorful roses I used different colors and to flavor them I added rose essence. Looking at these soft, colorful and pretty rose desserts gave me the pleasure that can’t explain. Most of the Asia, jelly made from agar agar powder dessert are eaten all the time.
Unlike cow’s milk, coconut milk is lactose-free so can be used as a milk substitute by those with lactose intolerance. It is a popular choice for vegans and makes a great base for smoothies, milkshakes or as a dairy alternative in baking.
