Yogurt 2 tbsp
Salt1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp
For Yogurt Mix:
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
For Gravy:
Onions (finely chopped) 3 medium
Tomato (puree) 2 medium
Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Black Pepper Corns 6 nos
Cloves 6 nos
Green Cardamom 2 nos
Oil 1/2 cup
Water 1 cup
Green Chillies 5 – 6 nos
Onion (petals) 2 medium
Tomato (deseeded & cubed) 1 medium
Coriander Leaves (chopped) 3 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
