Ingredients:
165g processed filled cheese
1 can (250g) Relish Whole Corn Kernel
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 pack (25g) Yellow Gulaman , Unflavored
1 cup (250mL) all purpose cream
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
165g grated quickmelt cheese
1 cup whipping cream
FRUIT COCKTAIL JELLY
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups water
1 pack (25g) red gulaman, unflavored
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
400g Fruit cocktail, drained
Cherry slices
2 cups water
2 cups pineapple juice
1 pack (25g) white gulaman, unflavored
*Makes 15pcs 3.5oz cups
UBE CHEESE JELLY FLAN
Ingredients:
Flan Mixture:
8 egg yolks
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
Jelly Flan:
2 cups water
¼ cup sugar
½ pack (12g) yellow unflavored gulaman
Ube Jelly Flan:
2 cups water
¼ cup sugar
½ pack (12g) white unflavored gulaman
1 tsp ube flavor
*Grated cheese for topping
*Makes 15 cups
