60g PROTEIN SMOOTHIE Recipe (easy)


Here is how you can make your own 60g PROTEIN SMOOTHIE with this simple recipe. You can use any type of protein powder, but the kind that I’m using is a whey isolate which will give a better protein to carb ratio. Many of the ingredients in this can be swapped out for other ingredients/brands ad still keep the 60g of protein. Also, if you are unable to get ultrafiltered milk, then you can use an extra bit of protein powder, or Greek yoghurt.

1-1 1/2 cups ultra filtered high protein milk
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1-2 scoops protein powder
140g frozen fruit

and blend!

This should taste pretty good, and you are free to chose what kind of frozen fruit you use. I use frozen fruit to give a better texture than adding in ice.
