MY SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
9 cups of filtered water
2 tbs of fine sea salt
3/4 lb. of Thin Spaghetti
1.25 lb. of ground beef (ground round)
1 yellow onion, chopped
3 large garlic cloves, grated or finely chopped
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tbs of onion powder
2 tbs of garlic powder’
1 tbs of paprika

1 tsp Italian seasoning
Ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup of water
2 tsp of tomato paste
1 to 2 large beef bouillon cubes
3 tbs of filtered water
2 packs of sodium-free, granulated beef bouillon
3 tbs of filtered water
1 tbs of unsalted butter
2 tbs of ketchup
1 tsp of yellow mustard
1/2 tsp of red wine vinegar
4 large tomatoes or 6 Roma tomatoes, cored, peeled, seeded and chopped or pureed (OR two 14.5 oz cans of tomatoes)
2 bay leaves
2 to 3 tbs of grated parmesan cheese
2 to 3 tbs of white granulated sugar
SUGGESTIONS:
Chopped cilantro leaves to garnish and hot sauce (optional)
