mutanjan zarda
mutanjan basically meethe chawal hain with color, dry fruits and nuts
Ingredients:-
2 cup sella long grain basmati rice ( 400 g )
2 cups sugar ( 400 g )
Red food color
Yellow food color
Green food color
Tooty fruity ( red, green yellow )
5-6 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
1/2 cup ghee ( 125 ml )
Some dry fruits
Some sweets ( methai ) of your own choice
