4 COFFEE FLAVORED COCKTAILS
WAKE THE DEAD SHOOTER
1 oz. (30ml) Patron XO Cafe
1 oz. (30ml) Silver Tequila
1/2 oz. (15ml) Espresso
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, tequila, patron xo cafe and espresso to mixing glass.
2. Shake well and strain into shot glass. Enjoy responsibly!
IRISH COFFEE
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Parts Irish Whiskey
3 oz. (90ml) Parts Hot Coffee
1 oz. (30ml) Heavy Cream (Slightly Whipped)
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
PREPARATION
1. Pour hot water into serving glass to heat.
2. Toss hot water, pour in coffee and stir in sugar until dissolved.
3. Add whiskey, stir to combine and float cream on top. Enjoy responsibly!
ESPRESSO MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Coffee Liqueur
1 Shot Espresso
Ice
Garnish: Coffee Beans
PREPARATION
1. Add ice to mixing glass and add vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso. Shake vigorously.
2. Empty ice from shaker and strain mix through fine mesh strainer.
3. Garnish with coffee beans. Enjoy responsibly!
CAPPUCCINO COCKTAIL
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Vodka
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Coffee Liqueur
Espresso Shot
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Single Cream
Dash Simple Syrup
Garnish: Cocoa Powder
PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour over all ingredients. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into glass and garnish with cocoa powder. Enjoy responsibly!
