Smoothie Ingredients
1 1/2 oz baby spinach
1 kiwi – peeled
1 persian cucumber – chopped
1 lime – juiced
1 tbsp hemp seed
1 cup water, 1 cup ice
This low calorie smoothie is the perfect way to say “I love you,” without the sugar crash or saturated fat from a box of chocolates. There’s plenty of fiber from the spinach, pear, and lime, lots of vitamins and minerals (including vitamins C, K, A, and iron), and healthy fat and protein from hemp seed.
