Ingredients

500gm chicken
1 table spoon garam masala whole
1pc bay leaf
1pc big onion
1pc medium tomato
5-7 green chillies
3 table spoon curd
1 table spoon salt
1 tea spoon coriander powder
2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon cumin powder
2 tea spoon Kashmiri red chili powder
2 tea spoon garam masala powder
1 table spoon chopped coriander leafs
How to make

First, to marinate the chicken, mix 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 2 teaspoons of Kashmiri chili powder, 2 teaspoons of garam masala powder and curd. Minutes should be left in the marina for this. After 30 minutes, roast the whole garam masala in a hot pan for 2 minutes. After that, give the chopped onion. When onions are lightly fried, add chopped tomatoes.*** After 3 minutes, when the water starts coming out from the tomatoes, add the raw green chillies and the marinated chicken and mix well. If light water comes out, I will press it in the pan. After 2 minutes, open the lid and mix again, press again. After 2 minutes I will give 2 cups of hot water. When the water is boiling, press it to boil. After 10 minutes, I will add coriander leaves and then take it. Diet Chicken is ready to serve. #eathealthylivehealthy
