200g basmati rice (soak for 30mins)
250g chicken breast cubed into medium peices
200 millilitres of boiled kettle water
50g of frozen peas
50g of frozen sweetcorn
15g pre fried onions
2 teaspoon or 10g of chicken stock seasoning
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
20g salted butter
1 medium disposable foil tray
