Butter Chicken Sauce
– 30g Light Butter (Brand: Lurpak)
– 1 Medium Onion Sliced
– 2 Large Tomatoes Chopped or 1 Canned Tomatoes
– 40g Cashew Nuts
– 120g Low Fat Yogurt
Butter Chicken Seasoning:
– 1 tsp Salt, Pepper
– 1 tsp Paprika
– 1 tsp Garlic Powder
– 1 tsp Turmeric
– 1 tsp Cumin
– 1 tsp Garam Masala
Golden Rice:
– 500g Cooked Basmati Rice
– Season with Salt, Paprika, Turmeric
Side Salad:
– Chopped Tomato
– Sliced Red Onion
– Chopped Parsley

Important Cooking Notes:
– Marinate the chicken overnight for best flavour
– Oven bake for 15mins at 190C / 375F
Air Fry for 12mins at 190C / 375F
