RECIPE:
1 cup fresh jackfruit OR 1 can jackfruit
1 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup mint leaves
Sweeteners:
6 Chinese red dates ( soaked for an hour )
OR 3 Medjool dates
4-6 prunes (optional )
Liquid:
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup coconut milk
Sugar Blockers:
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon spice
1/2 teaspoon powdered cardamom spice
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon flax seed
Method:
1. Pour coconut water into a blender
2. Add the dates, prunes, and flax seeds
3. Blend until all ingredients are broken down nicely
4. Now, add the rest of the ingredients
5. Blend until all ingredients have been integrated and the liquid is smooth
and ready to enjoy. Cool in the refrigerator, if you like it cold.
