Ingredients
1 banana cut in to 3 or 4 pieces and slice it
1/2 cup rice flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp grated coconut
1 tbsp roasted sesame
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup oil for deep frying
Instructions
1. Remove the peel from banana and cut them in to 3 or 4 pieces and slice it
2. In a mixing bowl add rice flour, sugar, grated coconut, roasted sesame, salt, baking soda and mix well.
3. Add little water and mix well to get a fine batter consistency
4. Dip the sliced banana in the batter and deep fry for 5 to 6mins until it is golden
5. Remove the fried banana and enjoy with ghee
