Smoothie Ingredients
1 oz lacinato kale
1 tangerine – peeled
4 oz pineapple
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp pea protein
3 tbsp almonds
1 cup water, 1 cup ice
Extremely high in vitamins K, A and C, with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, kale is one of the best dark leafy greens you can eat.
