I began intermittent fasting when I hit menopause, and it has helped me tremendously. I break my fast everyday with this smoothie and I honesty never get tired of it… it’s that good. Whether you are going through menopause or not, give this smoothie a try.
MY HOT GIRL MENOPAUSE SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
– 1/2 cup Elmhurst Milked Almonds
– 1 full scoop Alkamind Acid-Kicking Plant-Based Protein (Vanilla Coconut)
– 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
– 1/2 Banana, Peeled (freeze the other half)
– 1 tsp Maca Powder
– 1/4 ts[ Cinnamon
– 1 drop Vitamin D3+K2
– 1/2 cup Ice
– 1/2 cup Water
-1/2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Feel free to sub out any ingredients and make it your own, this is just what I have found is exactly what my body needs. Let me know if you try it out!
