HOW TO MAKE THE BEST EASIEST PAKISTANI CHICKEN NUGGETS (FRIED PAKORA RECIPE) ??????!!
These are the kind of chicken pakoras, which I would call Pakistani chicken nuggets due to their similarity, that you find in Lahore. They are super crispy yet juicy and succulent, you will seriously start craving them every day ?.
My recipe is definitely one of the easiest and most delicious fried chicken recipes out there, there is do double dipping or double frying here, just 2 steps and that’s it!
Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients for about 10 mins and fry on medium heat till golden brown.
INGREDIENTS:
– 1 kg chicken (boneless skinless chopped thighs)
– 3 tbsp plain flour
– 3 tbsp corn flour
– 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
– 1 tsp red chilli flakes
– 1 tsp paprika (or Kashmiri chilli powder)
– 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tsp cumin powder
– 1 tsp black pepper powder
– 2 tbsp vinegar
– 1 whole egg
Just in case the batter is too thick you can add a tad bit of water but it’s not necessary.
