Eating certain foods can help keep our bodies healthy and protect us from illnesses like cancer. Blueberries are small, delicious fruits that are filled with special things called antioxidants. These antioxidants help stop harmful things in our bodies that might cause cancer.

Spinach is a green leafy vegetable that’s really good for us. It has vitamins and minerals that make our immune system strong. A strong immune system helps our body fight off bad things, including cancer.

Yogurt is packed with probiotics. These are like friendly little helpers for our stomach and gut. They keep our digestive system happy and healthy, which can lower the chance of cancer growing.

Avocados are not only creamy and delicious, but they also have a special power that can help prevent certain types of cancer. Inside avocados, there are natural compounds that can block something called aromatase. Aromatase is like a switch in our bodies that can make estrogen, which is a hormone.
