Chicken Tortilla Wrap Written Recipe with Directions:

Ingredients:
Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
-Chicken boneless chest piece 750g
-Yogurt (dahi) 4 tbs (whisk well)
-Lemon nimbu) juice 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1½ tbs
-Salt (namak) ½ tbs
-Red chilli (lal mirch) powder 1 tbs
-Turmeric (haldi) powder ½ tsp
-Onion (piyaz) powder 1 tbs
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder 1 tsp
-Red chili flakes (Adh khuti lal mirch) 1 tsp
-Cumin seeds (Zeera) powder 1 tsp
-Dried coriander (khushk dhania) powder 1 tsp
::Ingredients for White Sauce:
-Garlic cloves (lehsan) 6-7
-White Sesame Seeds (Safiad til) 2 tbs
-Yogurt (dahi) 2 tbs
-White Vinegar (sirka) 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1½ tbs
-Oregano 1 tsp
-White pepper (safaid mirch) powder ½ tsp
-Red chilli flakes (adh khuti lal mirch) 1⁄4 tsp
-Black pepper (kali mirch) powder 1⁄4 tsp
-Salt (namak) 1⁄4 tsp
-Mayoneses ½ cup
::Ingredients for Red Sauce:
-Onion (piyaz) medium size 1⁄4
-Garlic cloves (lehsan) 4-5
-Salt (namak) 1⁄4 tsp
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Red Chilli sauce 2 tbs
-Soya sauce 1½ tbs
-Tomato Ketchup 5 tbs
-Red chili flakes (adh khuti lal mirch) 4 tbs (soaked in ½ cup hot water for ½ hour)
Ingredients for Chicken Tortilla Wrap:
-Onion (piyaz) julienne 1 medium size
-Chinese cabbage (gobi) julienne 1 medium size
-Green Capsicum (shimla mirch) julienne 1 medium size
-Red or yellow Capsicum (shimla mirch) julienne 1 medium size
-Tomato (tamatar) julienne 2 medium size
-Cucumber (kheera) julienne 1 medium size
-Chinese Carrot (gajar) julienne 1
-Carror (gajar) julienne 2
-Tortilla bread
Directions:
Step 1:
-In a bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, cooking oil, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, onion powder, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, cumin seeds powder, and dried coriander powder. Mix well.
-Add chicken and coat well. Cover and marinate it for 1 hour.
Step 2:
White Sauce:
-In a chopper, add garlic cloves and white sesame seeds. Slightly chop them.
-Now, add yogurt, white vinegar, cooking oil, oregano, white pepper powder, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, and mayonnaise. Chop them.
-Bring it out in a bowl.
Red Sauce:
-In a juicer machine, add onion, garlic cloves, salt, cooking oil, red chili sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, and red chili flakes. Blend it.
-Bring it out in a bowl.
Step 3:
Use Griddle:
-Grease the grill pan with oil. Place marinated chicken on medium-low flame. Cook both sides. Total cooking time is 10-12 minutes.
-Cut it into slices and set aside.
-In a pan, add 1 tbs cooking oil, onion, carrot, Chinese carrot, cucumber, green capsicum, yellow or red capsicum, and tomato. Roast them for 2 minutes. Bring them out to a plate and set aside.
-On the griddle, heat the tortilla bread.
-On tortilla bread, add white sauce, red sauce, roasted vegetables, Chinese cabbage, chicken, and white sauce. Roll the tortilla bread, press gently & fold the edges up & roll it.
-Place this chicken tortilla wrap on the grill pan and cook both sides until golden and crispy. Wrap and serve.
Use Hot Plate:
-Heat the hot plate and spray cooking oil on it.
-Place marinated chicken on it and cook both sides on medium flame. Total cooking time is 10-12 minutes.
-Cut it into slices and keep them on the hot plate.
-On the hot plate, heat the tortilla bread.
-Half cut the tortilla bread, apply white sauce in 1⁄4 part, red sauce in 1⁄4 part, chicken in 1⁄4 part, and roasted vegetables with Chinese cabbage in 1⁄4 part. Fold and make a wrap.
-Place this chicken tortilla wrap on a fish grill pan or grill pan and cook both sides until golden and crispy. Wrap and serve.

Tips and Tricks:

-Don’t use oil when heating the tortilla bread.
-You can also use a fish grill pan.
