1/2 tsp Cumin powder,
1/2 tsp Garam masala,
1/4 tsp Salt,
1 tbsp Mustard Oil,
Marinade well.
Gingelly oil for fry
Kothu Parotta Making Process:-
Roasted Chicken,
2 tbsp Gingelly Oil,
1 Onion chopped,
1 Tomato Chopped,
1 Sprig Curry leaves,
1 tsp Garam masala or Chicken masala,
2 Eggs,
3 Flaky Parotta,(Chopped),
1 Cup Veg or Non veg Gravy,
Cook for 4 to 5 mins…
