Crispy Cream Rolls
Ingredients for Whipped Cream:
NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Whipping Cream 1 pack
Ingredients for Coating Mixture:
Caster sugar 1 cup
Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Crispy Cream Rolls:
Samosa patti as required
Flour mixture (all-purpose flour 1 cup + water 1 cup)
Oil (for frying) as required
Prepared coating mixture
Whipped cream as required
Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation:
1. In a bowl add NESTLÉ MILKPAK Dairy Whipping Cream and beat until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
Note: Chill the cream overnight in the fridge and whip it with an electric beater.
Note: Do not put in freezer to chill, cream won’t whip once it gets gold temperature shock.
Directions for Coating Mixture Preparation:
2. In a bowl add caster sugar, cinnamon powder and mix it well. Your Coating Mixture is ready.
Directions for Crispy Cream Rolls Preparation:
3. Take the samosa patti and brush flour mixture on it. Now roll the samosa patti into small roll. Do the same with the remaining samosa patti.
4. Now deep fry them until crispy and golden brown in color.
5. Now coat these rolls in the prepared coating mixture.
6. Fill the rolls with whipped cream and serve. Your Crispy Cream Rolls are ready.
