We will be using the press technique. We will take some Avocados, a little seasoning, salt and olive oil and press it. We will place the Avocados and place them in a Food Saver bad with the seasoning, herbs, olive oil and salt and press, which will take all the air out of the bag.
We will take a rolling pin and roll it out like dough. You will place this in the freezer and take it out 10 minutes before use. You can add shrimp and tomatoes and a little bit of oil and you have a very modern, beautiful, Avocado Salad using the press technique.
