Easy Crispy Fried Chicken Nuggets Recipe that can be made ahead and frozen for upto two months in the freezer. I make them regularly for my kids tiffin box as they hardly take much to fry them in the morning and the box always comes empty that day! They are quite healthy too as chicken breast contains high protein, highly nutritious for growing children. These snacks are very addictive and can be made ahead and served during iftar party too.

0:54 Mix the Chicken with spices and breadcrumbs
1:36 Roll out the dough
2:16 Freeze the nuggets for 30 mins
2:30 Coat the frozen nuggets in flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs
3:33 Freeze the coated nuggets
3:57 Deep Fry the Nuggets till golden
4:31 Server them hot with Ketchup

250gms Boneless Chicken, minced
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1/4 Tsp Paprika
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
COATING:
4 Tbsp All purpose flour
1 beaten Egg mixed with pinch of salt
1 Cup Breadcrumbs (I used Panko)
Makes around 17-18 2 inch Chicken Nuggets.
METHOD
?? Mix the breadcrumbs, ginger garlic paste, paprika, black pepper, soy sauce, salt with minced chicken.
?? Roll out the mix on a greased chopping board. Place a cling wrap on top to roll it out. Cut into 2 inch strips. Place onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 30 mins.
?? Place the frozen nugget first in flour, then dip in the egg wash and coat with breadcrumbs. Place them on a tray. Freeze for 30 mins or till it gets firm. Once frozen,they can be stored airtight in the freezer for 1-2 months.
?? Deep fry them till Golden brown on both sides. Cool them in a rack.
